how much for geno's double x pipe and muffler combo + shipping to nebraska. can i put it on without cutting up my bumper. also my tach is stuck at 2,000 rpms, what can i do.

how much did those of you who have installed the exhaust pay? are they still fairly quiet when i'm just cruising and still sound deep and great sounding when i press on the gas.
