93 Eldo driver's side wiper

Hey, I'm new to the forums. Lots of great information. My 93 Eldo is cherry red with 141K miles and still going strong. My question is regarding the driver's side windshield wiper. Whenever I am at speeds of 50+ the blade lifts away from the window. I have already replaced the wiper arm and the problem persists. Has anyone had any similar problems and more importantly any solutions?
