Rear End Up In The Air

I have a 93 Mark VIII and last week the car was raised up more than usual. I hear the pump go on when I start up the car and the front will level but the whole rear of the car is way up in the air and won't come down. Any idea what the problem is. I had a whole new system put in last year.
