Removing HU in 2004 LS

Ok, so I searched the forum and tried going off instructions I found in other threads, but I think they might have been for the older LSs. Can anyone give me a good detail on how to get the Head Unit out of a 2004 LS? I got the ash tray out but didn't know where to go from there. It also says to pull out the AC ducts... but I was afraid i was gonna ruin my dash, what's a good way to do this?

There is a co that sells custom mounts for phones in cars They have instructions on how to take dash apart. You can get by going to www.pro-fit-intl.com and lookup your car.
