Strange Problem

I have a 1990 Lincoln Town Car, and the other day I came out of cracker barrel after eating breakfast, and I started my Lincoln up, and because I did not replace the IAC yet, it cut off on me, so I restarted as I usually did, and when I restarted it, the radio, and clock were blank, I was siting there thinking it was a fuse, and while messing with the radio the car went off angin, and I restarted it and the radio & clock worked. This is the first time this has ever happen to me. I dont know what it was, anyone have this problem?

yeah thats weird, one time when it got dark i turned my lights on, only half of the radio was lit up. i thought it was a fuse but the next day it was fine. maybe your battery is dying.

The battery is only about 8 months old, and the alternator is is about 2 years old.
