engine oil/rear diff oil

hello, this is new to me. whats a good engine oil brand & viscosity for my 95 mark VIII. I have 109,000 miles, live in california, & mostly travel on the highway. Also, I need to change the rear diff. fluid. What should I use here.

5W-30 Mobil 1, 6 US quarts.
Differential, 80W-90, 3.1 pints.

I like Amsoil for the rear diff. I use the same Mobil1 Evillally uses.
