Check Engine DTC Codes HELP!!!

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Ok, the other day my 2000 LS went south. I was driving home from work, and it was acting like the trans. was slipping, then the next morning, i was off idle, and missing, like spark knock, so i went and got some 95 oct gas, no fix, disconnected the battery to reset everything, was ok for about 5 iles, then it did it again. I got out my scan tool, it comes up with the following codes which is where I need help cause this is the only NON_CHEVY I own!!

P1131
Manufactuer control fuel air metering

P1151
manufacturer control fuel air metering

DTC Pending Codes

P0136
P0156
Both O2 codes, caused by the ones above most likely.

My questions are, where is this located, obviously on the intake tube or such, but its not the MAf, and any ideas on a price for the part or a fix??
thanks.

You've got to be kidding me, no one on here knows what this is or how its fixed???

wish I could help bro. all I know is that all those codes seem oxygen sensor related. The only thing i could think of is the iac (idle air control) motor!?!

P1151 Lack Of HO2S-21 Switch (Left pre-cat O2) Indicates Lean. Got an air leak in the intake somewhere? Check all the clamps. Remove your MAF and make sure theres no crud on the sensor wire.

P1131 HO2S 11 (Right pre-cat O2) Indicates Lean. The system is correcting RICH for an overly LEAN condition. The Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) voltage is less than 0.45 volts. This is usually due to a vacuum leak after the MAF. It can also be caused by a bad PCV valve or PCV system hose, or by low fuel pressure or a plugged injector.

How do ya like them apples?

Thanks for the info, I started it yesterday, it ideled more like my Big Block Camaro!! I reved it, but all it did was pop-and stutter. Finally, it reved to the 3000 limiter, drove it to work, hammered it, a loud pop and a bunch of black smoke out the pipes, Now it fine??? Maybe the cat was clogged, or intake had some carbo build up??? Who knows, well see if it keeps on running right huh?

Strange. I would have guessed a MAF problem or vacuum leak.
