Wow! What a great time.
This meet turned out to be a whole weekend of successive events and
it was all great. Thank you to all who came, and for those who didnt
I really hope you make another meet in the future!

It
all started off Friday afternoon when MsM8stress arrived at Jibit's
house and we changed her front struts. Let me tell you a little about
this lady folks, I gotta give her alot of credit. She really does
not hesitate to jump in and get greasy. Shortly after we met for dinner
with Mespock, MarkedMan and FreeFaller and then spent the night at
a local bar having a great time. I have to say, this crowd is a blast
to party with!
Then on Saturday we met
for Breakfast, and washed our cars since it rained during the night.
About 8 of us proceeded to the Picnic Grounds stopping traffic along
the way. The picnic was FANTASTIC. The pics speak for themselves on
this one. Classic Cadillacs, a Lincoln Mark VIII with a 5 speed manual
tranny, great food, great people. Jibit was challenged to race an
11 second Cadillac Deville, still waiting to see if he'll accept the
challenge. After the picnic we joined the local Lombard Cruise Night.

Naturally
that wasnt enough for all of us, so we headed over to Jibit's house
for Pizza and Beer and partied until the wee hours of the morning.
We met the next morning for brunch before all parting ways. 3 days
of friends, fun, food and cars. What could be better! Thank you all
for coming and making such a great weekend! A special thanks to those
who really travelled, such as Brentalan, who drove 14 hours to be
wth us!
I gotta tell you folks,
we have some really great members. If you havent been to a meet yet,
you really should try to make one!
